Went on a 3-day juice cleanse programme with @thejuicekit (Skinny Genes Set B) and I’m currently reaping the benefits of better skin, greater energy levels and a healthier body. I’ve always thought cold-pressed juices taste really raw if you get what I mean, but hey these juices are surprisingly fine! I spend most of my day thinking of Nutmylk (fave flavour of all time) and I’ll grab a green apple or pear to curb my cravings!
